I've got the itch

No no, not a literal Itch. Don't worry nothing dermatological or anything like that. The itch I am talking about is becoming a successful entrepreneur.

Over the past few weeks I have been thinking about my life after college and what I want to do. What disciplines I would like to pursue further, and what I enjoy doing. I came up with something interesting. I enjoy what I am doing right now. I work at a medical practice as the resident computer and IT guru. I work with computers, networks, software and hardware every day for most of my day. Until I have to go to class that is. Boo. I've been working there for years now, even before I started my computer science education. Over the years I have watched myself grow and change from a self-taught computer geek to a intellectual computer and IT greenthumb (self proclaimed), but none the less successful. If there is a problem with the computers, networks, Internet, software, hardware, peripherals, ect., they get me. More often than not I am able to fix the problem. May be dumb luck or maybe, just maybe I am good at it.

Point being, I enjoy computer and information technology, and I am good at solving and resolving related issues.

Also over the past few weeks I have also dabbled with the though of starting my own business and being my own boss. Why you may ask? Because I love what I am doing right now. Plain and simple. If I can make a decent living doing what I love, I certainly am going to do it. My plan for a business would be a computer and IT tech support. What this means to me is that I would solve and resolve issues with computers, networks, Internet, software, hardware, peripherals, printers, ect. Sound familiar? Not only would I like to provide tech support and repair, I would also like to eventually provide training and consulting to anyone from small business to regular home users.

That's only the tip of the iceberg as they say. I feel I have a good idea here, the only thing left to do now is to keep expanding and perfecting the ideas and formulating some kind of plan. With every new business you must have a strategy. The key to this business becoming successful, is innovation. And that, my followers, is what I would like to do.

New to blogging!

Hey everyone! I am new to this bloging thing so bare with me. The whole blog phenomenon is really quite interesting, but when you think about it, its genius.

I plan to use this blog for my own self expression and to keep my friends, followers and foes up to date on my activities. Hopefully I will be able to tie this into twitter and / or some other forms of social media.

For now, I say hello and ask that if anyone has any comments or constructive criticisms please don't hesitate to send me an email.

'Till next time,
